He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: To be a Locksmith again.

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
