Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a brown shirt with thin white vertical stripes and pastel pants. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Crown-heir profession.

History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Gnomish compassion; and he is greedy

Description: He stands about 3'4" and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thorpe does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Thorpe was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has styled her rusty crest well, parting it to the left. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
