History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Map Maker, but she got bored and became a Beggar. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Dee's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
