History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to her mother's many stories. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is very fat, and is dressed in earthy colors with a green and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His copper crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nella will drive conversation. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nella studied abroad. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He takes great joy in being the best Gardener in town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited.
