Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and revenge

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's in love; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is greedy
