History: Balifra was born with her father's beautiful face. Balifra was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Mayor. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Ovina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ovina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

She now mingles about in high society.
