Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Alain will drive conversation. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her long red crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Burana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Ernest began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Olivia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: He wears a tan coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
