History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants
