Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with blue slacks. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Iados grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Iados. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. Her hair is red and curly. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
