History: Gifted from a young age, Oppleby studied abroad. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Doctor does. Her hair is short and red. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
