Description: He is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered blue hat.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan costume with the symbols of death on his torso, and is pretty ugly. His tied-back hair is golden. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolen embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: The child of a Sculptor, who enjoyed hunting, Rolen was taken on many hunting expeditions. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available she will default to her warhammer. She is portly but not overly obese. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: He has a missing left leg. He is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. His head has been shaved. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Peren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a greatsword on her belt. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length beige fur. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Beast enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in the west. Beast was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Healer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
