History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gillyd grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gillyd. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
