History: Burto was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born in a small forest village. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This southern woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'4" and is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Aldous was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aldous decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her childhood dream was to be a Spy, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
