Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. A true patriot, Cloud would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up work as a Tanner and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: She is content; and to be a doctor again
