History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Dariff reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dariff was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a red shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Altho is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Altho never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
