Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Umpen began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a violet coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gilbert has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a red shirt with thin black vertical stripes and blue pants. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His auburn hair is lengthy. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Stannor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'6" and wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. She keeps her yellow fur in a pixie cut. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Shadow enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Shadow was born with her mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.
