History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to find somewhere to settle down
