Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'7". She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and her gloved hand is found clutching a glaive. Her red hair is lengthy. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Ahlyssa's homeland. Ahlyssa decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and money/treasure

Personality: Naal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this western woman wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has amber eyes and a violet hat with a black feather.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sellsword. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a tan vest and prefers blue and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east to a Sculptor, Zaffrab learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
