History: Zephan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job
