History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Purban would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Purban was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
