History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Oppleby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
