History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This late middle aged woman dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time and is in decent physical shape. Her white crest is braided into rings. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Marastyr hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age her mother died while driving off some dire rats. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in club use. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Elegant has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local apothecary

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
