History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Merla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
