He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in the north. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Guy learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again.

History: Thorpe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Jebeddo hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
