Description: 2'11" and muscular, this eastern man wears a white vest and prefers blue and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has no hair. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nelkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nelkin. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: An older man who is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather, he is not a threatening figure. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
