History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vola grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Quick is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
