Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Tagga has worked very hard to control her curse. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
