History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: This woman wears suspenders and grey workpants. Her shirt is brown, and she wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her right hand. Her hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small grey clips. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a mace and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears a simple grey robe with pastel stripes complete with hood, marred by teas. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of a Server, who enjoyed hunting, Helja was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She bought a hammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: An older woman who wears a brown coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head, she is not a threatening figure. Her long red hair reaches down to her waist. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Therlin embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Therlin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
