Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Frouse alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
