His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lavinia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Tanner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
