History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ulla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Kaladan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
