History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

She wears a tan shirt, with a blue mid length skirt with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She got into the Beggar business at a young age. Mella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mella decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
