History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aelar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aelar. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Altho has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Sarah was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Sarah was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born in the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
