Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Philomena liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Philomena never married again.
