History: She got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. Through the years after Valida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by drow. After coming to the age of reason, Kody took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now mingles about in high society.
