History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Balifra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it
