History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ribbles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Jeweler, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Nazdûg was taken on many hunting expeditions. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Nazdûg has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Spear was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
