Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is short and chestnut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a flattop crest cut. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Norkruuth was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has a hunchback. His hair is red and curly. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: Chay is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great joy in being the best Healer in town.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has achieved small success as a Merchant.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'2". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother
