Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: The child of a Actor, who enjoyed hunting, Kelter was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well
