Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jo isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Doctor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
