History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Vassago was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Vassago's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Euron has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to get a good night's sleep

To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He has taken up work as a Banker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
