History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jade grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance.
