Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a grey costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. A true patriot, Audhild would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Audhild was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: She is content.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and he perpetually has his bastard sword ready. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He is baby faced.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Description: She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A true patriot, Andry would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Andry was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has moderate length black hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This northern woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Buvvie will drive conversation. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Buvvie was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she seems to be bored by most things
