Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'6". She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. Her gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A true patriot, Ruloth would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
