Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to settle down with his crush
