Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His crest is black and curly. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This late middle aged man wears baggy blue pantaloons and a grey scarf and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: 2'11" and muscular, this southern woman likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Being a Bricklayer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
