History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Description: A 5'1" southern man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has moderate length silver hair. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
