History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by giants. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Raam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
