History: John was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now owns his own business.

History: Chenna lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Cressel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Seamstress. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
