History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Habor was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
